After spending more than twenty years deeply entrenched in the corporate world, collaborating with major Fortune 500 companies to boost productivity and refine business strategies, all while juggling the responsibilities of managing two ventures and navigating the trials of family life, I found myself facing a significant decline in energy and battling severe depression.

Though everything appeared fine on the surface, internally, I was slowly crumbling.

Desperate for answers to my waning vitality, I embarked on a journey of exploration, delving into personal development workshops, online courses, and volunteering with non-profit organizations. It was during this pursuit that I stumbled upon transformative tools such as Essential oils, particularly through my involvement with DoTerra, the ancient healing practice of Reiki, and the empowering techniques of Rewire Mental Performance Coaching.

Bringing together my expertise in corporate realms like Psychological Safety, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and leadership with these holistic wellness practices, I began to realize a significant disparity between one's inner essence and their outward expression. By embracing this realization, I managed to break free from the traumas that had taken root deep within me.

Motivated by a deep-seated desire to share this healing journey with others, I have now committed myself to assisting fellow humans on their quest for self-discovery and empowerment.
